Connor’s focus on operational efficiency, combined with his ability to forecast market trends, ensures Omega’s financial health and readiness for future growth.

Manager
With a career spanning over two decades, Shupi Mukerji has cultivated a wealth of expertise in formwork and construction. Beginning as a carpenter, he advanced to leadership roles with industry heavyweights such asHutchinson Builders, Wideform, and Caelli Formwork. As a former partowner of a successful formwork business, Shupi honed his skills in workforce and client management. At Omega, he brings unparalleled industry insights, strategic leadership, and a collaborative approach that drives the company’s growth and excellence.

Matt Clark
Safety Manager
Matt brings nearly two decades of hands-on construction and industrial relations experience to Omega Structures. Starting in the industry in 2007 with Oneform, he completed his carpentry apprenticeship in 2012 before taking on a role with Hutchinson Builders. From 2015 to 2025, Matt served as a union official, providing strong advocacy for worker safety, fair conditions, and improved site culture across a wide range of projects and sectors. Matt’s strengths lie in ensuring safe work practices are embedded into daily operations while maintaining strong communication between workers, management, and stakeholders.

Jason Edwards
Senior Projects Supervisor
Jason Edwards brings a hands-on approach and deep technical mastery of formwork systems to Omega Structures. Beginning his career as a carpenter, Jason quickly rose through the ranks, gaining extensive experience across a range of complex construction environments to become Construction Manager at notable firms. He is a recognised expert in Jumpform and Screen systems, blending technical precision with practical, on-the-ground experience to ensure Omega consistently meets and exceeds client expectations. His expertise plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining tight program control, and ensuring unwavering adherence to the highest safety and quality standards across all projects

Luis Barios
Senior Projects Supervisor
Luis is a highly experienced construction professional with over 40 years in the formwork industry, earning a strong reputation for leadership, technical expertise, and practical problem-solving. Luis has contributed to many key projects, including The Wave Broadbeach, Hilton Towers Surfers Paradise, Queens Wharf Brisbane, The Milton Brisbane, Gold Coast Convention Centre, G40 Griffith University, Gold Coast Airport International Terminal, and Jewel Broadbeach. As a former Construction Manager at Heinrich Constructions, Luis oversaw multiple projects simultaneously — managing resources, optimising formwork systems, and driving programme efficiency. With deep knowledge in Jumpform and Screen systems, Luis brings invaluable experience and leadership to the Omega Structures team.
