Our 450 Queen Street project alongside Buildcorp is a transformative redevelopment in Brisbane’s CBD. The development repurposes the existing structure of a 1976-era office tower, retaining its concrete core and columns, extending existing concrete slabs, whilst replacing the façade, services and all internal components. The project will deliver a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating, a 6 Star Green Star Rating, and climate active carbon neutral status.
